How can i re-activate my SIM Card
If any customer doesn’t use their number for last 3 months or their account balance is less than 35 rupee. The company has the right to deactivate your number. If the number will get deactivated then it will take 2 months to reissue in the market. But if you deactivated your old SIM card or you lost your old SIM card whether it is of JIO SIM, Vodafone SIM, Idea SIM or AIRTEL SIM and you want to reactivate your deactivated SIM then you are on the right place.
The real question arise how to activate a deactivated SIM card?
Now, I’m going to tell you that how to activate deactivated SIM card.
Yes it is possible to re-activate, only when it hasn’t allotted to someone else.
If you have not used your SIM card number in last 3 months, then might be a chance of SIM CARD will deactivated after a certain period of time and the mobile number is recycled. There might be a chance to an extent that it will give to someone else. So first you need to check whether your deactivated number is given to someone else or not by calling your number.
If not then follow the below process.
- Request to your customer care for re-activation
For example you had deactivated SIM of Airtel and you want to activate then you must need to call Airtel customer care and same for other network.
- Visit customer care which is nearer to you
- Carry aadhaar card for address proof and id proofs.
- You may receive a confirmation call from customer care and then your deactivated number will activate soon.
If it is given to someone else then you couldn’t get back.
But you have a second chance to get your deactivated number as a Postpaid number. In postpaid you will get any number if it is available in market but if it is not available then not possible to activate.
